Shipping Information

Delivery Methods
We ship worldwide using NZ Post Priority and Express Tracked mail service. All orders placed with us are tracked so that you can find your order at any time, once it has been dispatched.

Delivery Time
Most orders are shipped by 4 PM within two business days. If for some reason we cannot ship your order by 4 PM within two business days, we will email you to let you know within 48 hours.

NZ Delivery Time
All New Zealand orders are tracked. Please allow for 2 business days for processing and packaging, with 3 - 5 business days to arrive.

USA Delivery Time
We use tracked Priority shipping which may take up to 8 - 12 days. For Express Orders please allow for 4 - 6 days for delivery. Please allow for 2 business days for processing and packaging before your order is sent

Canada Delivery Time
We use tracked Priority shipping which may take up to 8 - 12 days. For Express Orders please allow for 4 - 6 days for delivery. Please allow for 2 business days for processing and packaging before your order is sent

Australia Delivery Time
We use tracked Priority shipping which may take up to 6 - 8 days. Please allow for 2 business days for processing and packaging before your order is sent.

All Other International Countries Delivery Time
We use Priority shipping which may take up to 8 - 12 days. For Express Orders please allow for 4 - 6 days for delivery. Please allow for 2 business days for processing and packaging before your order is sent

Customs, Exports and Tariffs
Biotanica® Herb will not be held responsible for any orders being held up, restricted or controlled by customs in your country. Please check with your local customs if you are unsure of your local import rules and regulations. Biotanica® Herb will not be liable for any customs duties, taxes or tariffs associated with your order.

We will do everything in our power to ensure successful delivery, but due to various Customs policies we cannot guarantee delivery for orders outside of New Zealand. This is especially true for orders in the United States, Australia, Germany, and Austria.

This means we cannot reship your order, if it does not arrive.

If you live in Australia, Germany, or Austria and decide to order anyway, if you're called to pick up the items make sure to inform customs they are "dietary supplements, not medicine" "less than a 3 month supply" and "sanitized and contain no plant or seed."
